S 510 is now passed into law and it includes a section on the prevention of smuggling food. Has there been a big problem with illegal transport of foods? No. So what is that part for? Gotta wonder it if is for after the time we are not allowed to grow our own foods. The we can't "smuggle" foods that are fresh and wholesome. And we can't supplement what we may get from the government in case of martial law. Gotta wonder.
